Some of you have read Gray Wolf for a while. It has always been free, and the free part isn’t changing. The letters, the essays, the material that shows up here — all of it stays where it is, offered to anyone who wants to read.
Alongside that, if you want to support Gray Wolf, there is now a way to do it. It’s a paid Substack tier. It doesn’t unlock anything. Every word on Gray Wolf is still free.
Here’s what the support actually does.
Gray Wolf — operating publicly as Wolf Zen LLC — is building locations and infrastructure to teach this material to the people who most need it and least can afford it.
Families. And specifically their kids.
The people who would benefit most from learning what’s in this lineage are people in their twenties. Most of us didn’t learn any of this until we were forty, and we’ve been paying for that late arrival ever since. We’re building places where a different version of that timeline becomes possible.
All proceeds from the paid Substack tier go to that work.
Annual subscribers receive a Lineage Coin by mail. Monthly subscribers receive one after twelve months of continuous support. A small dated object that says you contributed to the education of people who otherwise wouldn’t have access to it.
That’s the entire mechanism. You give. In time, a coin arrives in the mail. The families and young people you help teach never know your name, and you never know theirs. The coin knows.
If you can afford the deeper products in the lineage, this isn’t for you. Those exist for that. This is for the people who received value from the free material and want to give back in a form that goes toward teaching the next people.
